This policy explains how Aegis Financial Group LLC (“Aegis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website, schedule a conversation, or communicate with us.

Information we may receive

This website does not ask you to create an account or submit information directly. If you choose to schedule through Calendly, you may provide your name, email address, state of residence, meeting preferences, and information you voluntarily include in your responses. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy notice.

How we use information

• To schedule, confirm, and conduct requested conversations.
• To understand the topic you want to discuss and determine an appropriate next step.
• To communicate about services or opportunities you request.
• To comply with legal, licensing, carrier, and recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as Calendly, Zoom, email providers, insurance carriers, and authorized business partners when needed to provide requested services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Insurance applications

If you decide to apply for an insurance product, additional information will be collected through carrier-approved systems and governed by the carrier’s notices, authorizations, and privacy practices. Do not send medical, financial-account, Social Security, or other highly sensitive information through a general email or booking form.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that includes discount codes, special deals, or texts promoting our products or services, depending on which program(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive through our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (419) 749-6240.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance or contact us directly at eliza@aegisfinancialgrp.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Your choices
